One Global Group appointed Southeast Asia Barratt Developments sole agency

Singapore UK developer launch Res course 2023 has partnered with One Global Group. The RES Course becomes the former Barratt’s sole Southeast Asian sales representative.

Barratt’s new Wembley Park Gardens property in northwest London was developed with One Global Group. The five-building complex provides 302 one- and two-bedroom flats for GBP395,000 ($674,000). The project will be phased from spring 2025.

The partners also opened a new phase of flats at West Hendon’s long-term rehabilitation initiative, Hendon Waterside. The property offers GBP391,000 for one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Barratt and One Global Group are planning to release more products. Towards the end of the year. This includes the newest part of Eastman Village, which Barratt is building on the site of the old Kodak film plant in Harrow. Robertson units, the new phase, will have 46 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units starting at GBP339,000.
